Manifestations and Mindful Living
Let’s start with a simple question. What is manifestation?
“Manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, and it will come.”
Although interpreted correctly, its essence is beyond a positive outlook. The act of Manifestation demands us to live our desire as already being delivered. It wants us to daydream and believe that we have received it. Universe is nothing but vibrations. Each step ahead requires you to level up and be so vibrationally high, that the universe conspires it for us.
But the universe demands clarity when it comes to manifestations. It should be a single statement and that is how simple your manifestation should be. For that, one needs to be mindful and aware of who they are, what they want and be actually in a state of calm and peace to receive the blessings the universe is so eager to shower upon them.
We often see people blinding, walking in and knocking the universe's door with a list and manifestations, rendering the universe clueless. This leads to unfulfilled desires and one sided manifestations. But the case is quite the opposite. As Abraham Hicks describes it, you need to be one with your goal to actually actualize it, meaning unless your goal isn't flashing like a sunboard with your desire written on it, forget that universe will be able to get a hint!
This doesn’t mean you will just have one desire, but you will have a main goal which you will start attracting by aligning your mind, body and soul with its thought and feeling. Mindfulness is the key to make any manifestation come alive as it helps you with understanding what your inner more desire is, your calling and eventually tune you with the universe. This state of inner peace and bliss makes you closer to manifest the life you always wanted and dreamt of.
Mindfulness can be achieved via various methods like journaling, meditating, spiritual guidance like rune reading, tarot etc, or the age-old method of meditation. The intention is purge your mind, body and soul with any unwanted and unwavering thoughts that is holding it back to see past the clouds as to what you truly desire and is your higher calling. Mindfulness also comes with being present, obersering your patterns- toxic and healthy, analysing your bonds and setting priorities as well as boundaries.
Clutter is what keeps one from mindfulness and if you try the methods above, you can get better in calming the inner and outer chaos that surrounds you and have a bird eye view to know what is that you meant to be and wish for.
